The apartment
The Gran Vía apartment is located right in the heart of Madrid, only 70m from the boulevard of Gran Vía. It consists of a living/dining room complete with dining table and seating for 4, and an integrated kitchen. The bedroom contains a double bed, a spacious built in wardrobe and a fully fitted bathroom. Two further sleeping places are available thanks to a sofa bed in the living room.

| Under no circumstances shall All Seasons Rent Apartments repay the 25% prepayment if the booking is cancelled, as this acts as the cancellation charge. If the full rental price is paid in advance, 50% will be repaid if cancellation is made at least 30 days before the check-in date. No reimbursement will be made otherwise, including in cases of force majeure.
