l'albergo non ha acsensore e la nostra stanza era all'ultimo piano ,credo di aver fatto almeno 4 rampe di scale.la stanza era sporca con un paio di mutande vecchie e sporche scordate dentro l'armadio.per terra e sui cuscini abbiamo trovato capelli.alle nostre lamentele hanno risposto che i capelli volano e non si possono raccogliere tutti.le tracce di giallo presenti sui cuscini secondo loro non erano dovute a sporcizzia ma a macchie....
