Built in the spirit of Cannes, this 8-floor residence is shaped like a P and spread out around a large patio with exotic vegetation. Leave Highway A8 at Cannes-ouest /La Bocca (Exit 41). Follow direction Cannes-la Bocca via Avenue Francis Tonner until you reach Place du Marché (city market square), then turn right on Avenue Pierre Sémard.

By train
Cannes central station is about 2.4 miles (4 km) from the residence.

By airplane
Nice Côte d’Azur is about 16.2 miles (27 km) from the residence. You can either take a taxi or the Cannes direct airport shuttle bus (departure approximately every 30 minutes) and get off at Gare Routière/Place de l’Hôtel de Ville(Cannes central bus terminal).
