A 200,00 € diposit is required at check-in to be returned at the end of the stay if everything is in order.

TERMINI DI CANCELLAZIONE
We charge 40% of the total amount when we receive a booking request in order to confirm it. If the guest should have to cancel their reservation: - If notice is received 30 days or more prior to the rental date, the deposit will be returned in full. - If notice is received between 30 and 7 days prior to the rental date, 50% of the deposit will be returned. - If notice is received 7 days or less prior to the rental date, the deposit won’t be returned.
