Half way between Sorrento and Massa Lubrense so at a few minutes by bus or car from both locations is a private estate which looks onto the sea. In this estate we have a small villa with two terraces having sea view: one of 50 sq mt and the other one of 20 sq mt.

Small villa with independent entrance, bright and airy and also well furnished it is composed of living/dining room with double bed settee and access to a terrace with sea view equipped with table and chairs and barbecue, equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
Sleeps 2; with bed settee 4.

Services include cooker and oven, kettle, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, coffe maker, toaster, hairdryer, satellite TV, iron and ironing board, stereo with CD player, DVD player, air conditioning and barbecue.

POSIZIONE
The villa is located at approx 5 minutes walk from the sea front and the small pebble beach. On the beach and included in the price you will find sun beds. At the entrance of this private estate is the bus stop for Sorrento.

Our office is to be found at approximately 80 metres from Sorrento boundary, which is marked by a large ensign on the railway bridge which passes over the road.

You may use the hotel Gardenia car park which is at a distance of approximately 50 metres from our office.

    Water, gas, weekly cleaning and change of linen, cooker and oven, microwave, fridge, washing-machine, iron and ironing-board, coffee-maker, kettle, toaster, hairdryer, satellite Tv, stereo with CD player, air conditioning and heating, barbecue on the terrace, two sun beds on the beach, use of rowing boat and pedalò.
    Internet connection 1 hour per week.

    Services not included in the price
    Electricity (Euro 0,35 per Kw), extra people to sleep in the bed-settee and other services on request (i.e. cook, boat excursions, etc.). Internet connection 24 hours a day at Euro 20,00 per week.
     
    TERMINI DI CANCELLAZIONE
    40% deposit is required upon confirmation. The balance on arrival day. Cancellation within 30 days prior to arrival: 50% penalty; less than 30 days prior to arrival: 90% penalty. Acconto del 40% all'atto della prenotazione; Saldo il giorno dell'ingresso. Cancellazione entro 30 giorni precedenti l'arrivo: 50% di penalità; dopo i 30 giorni precedenti l'arrivo: 90% di penalità.
